Welcome to YS6 (“YS6”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website (the “Site”) or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1) Eligibility & Use

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your location) to use this Site and purchase our products. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.

2) Products & Availability

YS6 products are offered in limited drops and may sell out without notice. We may limit quantities per order, per customer, or per household. Product descriptions and images are provided for convenience; slight variations may occur. We do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel an order if an error is identified (in which case we will refund you). Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Shopify/Stripe); we do not store full payment card numbers.

4) Shipping (U.S. Only)

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may vary due to carrier or operational factors. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless required otherwise by law.

5) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons where permitted by law.

6) Reusable Cosmetic Accessory Disclaimer

YS6 products are cosmetic accessories. Results vary by individual. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional if needed.

7) Intellectual Property

All Site content, branding, product names, designs, and materials are owned by YS6 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or use of our content or products for commercial purposes is prohibited.

8) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality
scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the Site
use the Site to harass, defraud, or impersonate others
resell products in a way that misrepresents affiliation with YS6

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
