Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • the item must be in original packaging

  • the item must be returned in the same condition it was received

To start a return request, please contact us through the contact form on our website and include your order number.

Product-Specific Conditions

YS6 Money Patches

YS6 Money Patches are designed to be washed and reused.
For hygiene reasons, items that show clear signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Passport Candle

Candles may be returned only if unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

  • the product

  • the packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
